Weather whingers get on my nerves. You know the type. Facebook statuses bemoaning the cold/heat/wet. Weather is a fact of life - especially if you live in Melbourne - so allowing it to either make or break your day seems silly.
And yet? Several consecutive days of high 30s two weeks ago turned this little pregnant lady into a dreaded weather whinger. My personal advice is to have October babies. That way, you miss all the hot weather during your pregnancy, your baby arrives in the gorgeous spring AND you might end up with a Libran baby. And everyone knows how adorable Librans are.
Yes, I am a Libran.
In other news, I am fast approaching the final trimester. Or I’m already in it. It really depends where you source the info. Apparently, no-one can quite decide although here at Birth.com.au, 29 weeks is go time for the 3rd trimester so let’s stick with that. Either way, I am EXCITED. And judging by the kicking and rolling happening as I type, so is Baby!
I am actually 26 weeks and heading into my 27th but I’ve fallen a wee bit behind so expect a flurry of catch up blogs from me this week - about being a super pregnant lady, about my upcoming GD testing and about planning for the birth. Eeek! I actually have to birth this child...
