Newborn needs and care
Each baby and parent is uniquely different. Each will bring their own personality and idiosyncrasies into the family. It may help to consider the first 6 to 8 weeks of new parenting as a transitional time or a 'settling in' period. This can be similar to starting a new job - it usually takes a while to get used to your new role and the people you're working with!

We hope to prepare you for this exciting period with information on changing nappies, dressing your baby, bathing your baby and baby massage. We also include information on fevers and how to measure your baby’s temperature.
